I’ve made “Virtual Environment SSL Certificate (VESC)” in order to help admins to create config file and generate new “SSL Certificate” request for using inside “VMware vCenter” or “VMware ESXi”, currently (Ver 1.0.2.0) can upload certificates to “VMware ESXi 5.0” hosts but in next version, I’ try to add more capability to it.
This application should be used along side with “OpenSSL” or “OpenSSL Lite” ( “Lite” version is recommended ) and putty (pscp.exe) which is already bundled with this application.
After installation of “OpenSSL Lite” has been completed, place this application and “Putty” folder in the “bin” folder of OpenSSL (near openssl.exe).
Feel free to send/post your comment, idea or question so it will help me to improve this little application.

For downloading x86 or x64 architecture of “OpenSSL Lite” you can use these links

Tip #1:
I tested this application on Windows 2008 R2 (x64) and received “WARNING: can’t open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf” error.
As solution, close this application and run “cmd” with administrator privilege and type “set OPENSSL_CONF=[PATH]OpenSSL-Win32binopenssl.cfg” command which [PATH] is the address you have installed your openssl application, after this you can run “VESC” and I hope you enjoy it. 😉 ( source )
