Based on my previous post, there’s some changes in myLearn portal and it’s possible to download eCertificate (PDF) but there’s only one little problem.
If someone going to open the PDF file on the system which don’t have the required font they might see some block instead of character, specially in lower left side which “Candidate ID” and “Verification Code” placed.
Some information would be written by “Gotham-Book” font which is not embedded to the PDF file while all other required font embedded and I guess the reason could be the application which going to generate eCertificate on demand.
In any case for solving this little problem by downloading this font (from here or here) and install it on the system, closing and reopening the file (eCertificate).
